Shipping

We are a duo of artists that do not have warehouse with hundreds of employees (maybe someday), so please be patient to get your order ready and sent out, especially if it is a commissioned piece! Just know we are working as fast as we possibly can ;) 

Standard USPS mailing is the shipping service provided on all orders. Free Shipping is valid for addresses in the United States (48 contiguous states) excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.

Production usually takes from 2-7 business days from the date of order (unless it is a commissioned piece, timing may vary). Once shipped, standard USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping typically takes *3-10 business days when shipped in the US. You will receive an email update automatically once your order has shipped. If the item is delayed once it is in the hands of the postal service, this is not something we can control and cannot provide refunds for this reason. Any parcel either lost, stolen, or otherwise, are not guaranteed to be replaced as purchased.

While we do ship internationally, we can not guarantee shipping/processing/customs times, so please take that into consideration. Again, once the item is shipped, we cannot control if there are delays and cannot provide refunds for delays caused by the postal services.
