Any parcel either lost, stolen, or otherwise, are not guaranteed to be replaced as purchased. Please note all orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept cancellations. However, we will make every effort to replace any item that is not delivered in the condition it is advertised in.
If in the event the purchased item/s arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo and a description of the issue. A decision will be made at our discretion regarding an exchange. (Exchange for the exact same item purchased, cannot be interchanged with any other item).
If we conclude an item needs to be returned, please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item/s.
